What is Amazon Relay?
Amazon Relay is a transportation management service offered by Amazon that helps trucking companies move goods to and from Amazon fulfillment centers. The service is designed to make it easier for trucking companies to access Amazon’s network of fulfillment centers and to streamline the pickup and delivery process.
To use Amazon Relay, trucking companies must first register with the service and complete a screening process. Once they have been approved, they can access a network of dedicated lanes at Amazon fulfillment centers and take advantage of services such as trailer drop-off and pickup, trailer parking, and load and unload assistance.
Amazon Relay aims to reduce the time and effort required to move goods to and from Amazon fulfillment centers, making it easier and more efficient for trucking companies to do business with Amazon. The service is available at select Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States.
